What information should I check about a seller before purchasing?
A familiar product name does not establish the identity of the seller offering it. Be cautious about requests for information unrelated to completing the order.
How can I describe a product problem without guessing its cause?
Use relevant photographs or records only when they clarify the issue. State which documented steps you already followed if relevant.
What should I record if a purchase-related problem happens only sometimes?
Keep a brief description of what differed between the occasions. Ask whether the recorded pattern changes the proposed next step.
